lets try this whole blog thing...

sooo this is my first blog post. we'll see how this whole blog thing works out. my dear friend brian made a blog for his trip to argentina and recommended that i do the same for my simultaneous trip to Europe. so here i am with my first post...

today was Christmas! yay. i know that as you get older Christmas is supposed to be less fun but i think i disagree. i mean yea, some of the night before type excitement has worn off, but i really do think i enjoy the day a lot more overall than when i was younger.

anyway, here are some trip related christmas details. i got some new clothes that will go with my suit! my brother also got me a really sweet jewelry roll (that my mom clearly picked out) for me to pack my jewelry in. i'm getting really excited to leave! i can't believe that i leave a week from today... ugh, packing is going to suck.
